Jenny and her friend Colette Pickup have always wanted to collaborate on a project. They imagined this would be a highly irreverant version of 'A Year in Provence', but set in Gascony. However, it has turned out to be the cover design for 'Piano from a 4th Storey Window' and above, are the preliminary sketches.
The sketch of 'Marin' displaced, top left, is collage. The pier stanchions echo piano keys. The middle sketch has a couple obscurely entwined. The image which attracted most votes from the panel was the one on the far right.
